1st TEONGRAV international workshop on theory of gravitational waves

September 16- 20, 2024

A workshop discussing GW modeling, tests of gravity, neutron-star equations of state, astrophysical black-hole formation channels, and EM counterparts to GW events as part of INFN's (National Institute for Nuclear Physics) initiative 'TEONGRAV'.

IFPU Focus Week on “Emerging methods in GW population inference

June 24-27, 2024

A gathering of researchers developing promising population inference techniques, alongside experts in applied statistics. We aim at (i) consolidating the GW community statistical landscape, (ii) broadening it with recent developments in applied statistics, and (iii) establishing a set of shared tools to quantify stability, faithfulness and biases of inference algorithms.
